公司此次以自有資金對上述全資子公司進行增資,有助於提升全資子公司資本實力,降低資產負債率,完善技術保障能力,提高關鍵業務突破水平。上述全資子公司在當地及周邊地區深耕客户資源與渠道,具備較好的市場風險把控能力。
