新國都(300130.SZ):子公司嘉聯支付《支付業務許可證》處於中止續展審查階段
格隆匯6月27日丨新國都(300130.SZ)公佈,2022年6月26日,中國人民銀行於其官方網站公佈了《非銀行支付機構<支付業務許可證>續展公示信息(2022年6月第四批)》。根據《中國人民銀行行政許可實施辦法》第二十四條規定的情形,現公司全資子公司嘉聯支付有限公司《支付業務許可證》處於中止續展審查階段。在此階段,公司業務可以正常開展,均不受影響。公司會密切和監管部門溝通中止情形涉及事項,待中止情形消失後,會立即發起續展事項。
