由阿里巴巴(09988.HK)前執行副總裁衛哲發起的特殊目的收購公司(SPAC)Vision Deal(07827.HK)今早掛牌,成為本港第二家上市SPAC。
管理層於上市儀式中表示,上市後計劃物色專門從事智能汽車技術,或具備供應鏈及跨境電商能力,從國內消費升級趨勢中受益的中國優質公司,並與其完成SPAC併購交易,預期藉著公司的發起人、董事及高級管理層擁有的強大全球網絡關係、行業專長及可靠的物色交易能力,可發展強勁的潛在目標管線。
