城規會否決新地(00016.HK)與置地元朗石湖圍申建逾萬伙
本地傳媒報道,新地(00016.HK)與置地合作的元朗新田石湖圍項目,在2019年向城規會提交規劃申請,要求增加發展密度,計劃興建近1.13萬伙。城規會昨日(1日)審理,認為項目坐落於由政府主導的新田/落馬洲樞紐計劃,目前未制定一帶未來發展意向,最終否決方案。
新地等得悉城規會的決定,將會詳細研究城規會委員的決議和相關文件。
