《大行報告》瑞銀:內地減徵部分乘用車購置稅 料創造40萬至70萬輛增量需求 利好燃油車製造商
瑞銀髮表研究報告指出,內地財政部及國家稅務總局昨日(5月31日)聯合公佈,對購置日期在今日(6月1日)起至12月31日期間內且單車價格(不含增值稅)不逾30萬元人民幣的2升及以下排量乘用車,減半徵收車輛購置稅,由10%削至5%。
該行認爲,該政策涵蓋的範圍較之前預期的更廣,但期限更短,料將利好內燃車製造商,估計減稅5%可帶來5%至10%的增量需求,相當於創造40萬至70萬輛車的額外銷售,儘管部分增量需求或於明年開始透支。
瑞銀預期,刺激措施對長安汽車(000625.SZ)、長城汽車(02333.HK)、吉利(00175.HK)、廣汽(02238.HK)和上汽(600104.SH)等內燃車製造商有利。個股中,該行目前對廣汽H股、長安A股及長城汽車H股予「買入」評級。
