中國先鋒醫藥(01345.HK)與鑫宏利簽訂ECD船舶異形管件無酸清理及冷塗鋅新工藝防腐新產品戰略合作協議
格隆匯5月24日丨中國先鋒醫藥(01345.HK)公吿，於2022年5月21日，中國先鋒醫藥控股有限公司董事長李新洲及公司附屬公司湖南天童環保有限公司("天童環保")總經理肖國光，赴中國大連市考察了當地著名船舶塗裝企業大連鑫宏利船舶工程有限公司，並與鑫宏利簽訂了ECD船舶異形管件無酸清理及冷塗鋅新工藝防腐新產品的戰略合作協議。根據合作協議，天童環保擬在大連就ECD無酸清理及冷塗鋅業務設立公司，與鑫宏利及其他船舶企業共同合作，一起解決除鱗防腐的技術難題。
大連是中國重要的船舶重工製造基地，每年大約有200萬噸的船舶異形件需要除鱗除鏽防腐，潛在市場大約人民幣40億元至人民幣80億元，以往老式的酸洗工藝廢酸水處理流程複雜，工作環境差，環保問題嚴重，被當地政府限制和取締。而天童環保研發的ECD無酸清理技術，可以完全替代酸洗，沒有三廢排放。同時，天童環保研發生產的冷塗鋅技術和產品，也可以完全替代電鍍鋅，熱鍍，熱浸鋅，應用於船舶工業。
鑫宏利始創於1988年，是一家中國知名的船舶塗裝民營企業。擁有生產廠區近十二萬平方米，能夠為客户提供船舶舾裝件、非船產品、整船塗裝作業、並可承攬大型鋼結構製作及機械加工作業。天童環保是本公司的附屬公司，是一家集環境保護科技研發、成套ECD設備生產、生產性服務為一體的綜合型企業。天童環保的重點項目為化學鍍鎳廢液綜合回收的推廣應用及ECD電催化鋼帶無酸清理成套技術裝備研究與應用。
此次雙方的合作能夠完美解決船舶行業除鱗防腐的痛點，是天童環保ECD電催化鋼帶無酸清理成套技術不斷成熟並邁向市場化的標誌之一，天童環保在大連針對船舶異形件投資建廠承接清理除鏽防腐業務後，將陸續開發天津，青島，南通，上海，廣州等船舶製造基地除鱗防腐業務，為中國船舶重工行業除鱗防腐，提高環境保護能力貢獻力量。
