三和建築集團(03822.HK)預計年度淨虧損不少於9000萬港元
格隆匯5月24日丨三和建築集團(03822.HK)公佈,集團預計截至2022年3月31日止年度將錄得不少於9,000萬港元的淨虧損。主要是由於主要工程項目的毛利率較低,不足以抵銷集團的固定成本開支所致。
管理層認為有幾個因素導致主要工程項目的毛利率偏低。(1)部分工程客户尚未按集團的中期工程糧款申請單批核相對應的工程價值,導致集團錄得的工程收入可能不足以抵銷同一期間產生的工程合約成本。(2)該年度的材料價值普遍上升,鋼材和燃油的市價在該年度內漲升至歷史高位,集團因此為購買工程材料而增加成本。(3)部分地盤的工程進度受阻,以致於工程閒置期間集團需要承擔額外人工和機器設備成本。
雖然如此,公司董事們認為,集團的財務狀況維持穩健,於2022年3月31日的淨負債比率預期為零。
