《大行報告》麥格理:購置稅減徵利好吉利(00175.HK)、長汽(02333.HK)及上汽 料電動車扶持政策主要來自地方政府
麥格理髮表報告指,國務院推出多項新政策支持及推動經濟,當中與汽車相關的政策包括延長汽車貸款的支付,及減免600億元人民幣汽車購置稅。
該行相信正在討論的政策會支持新能源車及汽油車,部分政策料由地方政府推出,例如新能源車地方補貼,而減免購置稅等則需要中央政府支持。
麥格理又提到,目前仍未有關於如何實施購置稅減免的細節,但認爲政策更多幫助汽油車,因所有電動車已經免徵購置稅。而有關減免可以是部分(5%)或全部(10%),並預期將涵蓋小型轎車。
該行預料是次政策可令內地汽車代工商受惠,包括吉利(00175.HK)、長汽(02333.HK)及上汽(600104.SH) 。
