大新料本港今年通脹上升1.7%
大新銀行高級經濟師溫嘉煒表示,本港通脹有所放緩,4月消費物價指數按年上升1.3%,升幅較3月放緩0.4個百分點,與該行預期的1.4%相若,主要受到新鮮食品價格升幅放緩,以及差餉最高寬減額由1,000元回升至1,500元等因素影響,導致私人住宅租金按年跌幅擴大0.5個百分點至0.9%。
他指,剔除一次性紓困措施,基本通脹按年升1.6%,較3月略為放緩0.1個百分點。隨著疫情緩和,市民外出消費意欲回升,帶動外出用膳及外賣價格升幅加快至3.2%。
大新預期,本港今年通脹會上升1.7%。政府在《財政預算案》宣布多項紓困措施,將有助紓緩物價上升速度。若疫情持續緩和並恢復通關,消費市道料會逐步復甦,支持物價溫和上升。國際能源價格今年上半年或維持高企,本地電費和交通費等今年仍有一定上漲壓力。
