華營建築(01582.HK)附屬中標荃灣及元朗過渡性房屋項目 共涉金額3億元
華營建築(01582.HK)公佈,間接全資附屬華營建築有限公司已就齊惜福有限公司及仁愛堂有限公司就荃灣及元朗過渡性房屋項目之設計及建設工作授出之主要合約標書籤立兩份中標通知書,合約金額分別約 爲9,200萬元及2.1億元。
集團將作爲主要承建商提供樓宇建築工程。荃灣及元朗的項目分別於今年4月底及5月底動工,均爲集團以組裝合成建築法(Mi C)建造的首兩個建設項目,預期將爲樓宇建造業創造新商機。
