洪九果品將共建東盟農產品集散交易中心 構築產業生態圈
5月20日，重慶洪九果品股份有限公司與重慶市中新示範項目管理局舉行了簽約儀式，簽訂了框架協議，雙方將合作共建中新（重慶）洪九·東盟農產品集散交易中心。
根據框架協議，雙方將把握數字經濟及產業互聯網發展新機遇，利用雲計算、大數據、人工智能、智能終端技術，打造中新（重慶）洪九·東盟農產品集散交易中心。依託重慶樞紐-東盟優勢，打造果品及農產品集散、交易、分揀、生產、加工、倉儲、物流、檢測、金融、大數據、智能科技等全產業鏈，逐步形成進出口一體的全球農產品數字化集散交易中心。
據瞭解，這是中新（重慶）戰略性互聯互通示範項目的又一重要進展。作爲“一帶一路”的重要項目之一，中新互聯互通項目以重慶爲運營中心，是中國與新加坡繼中新蘇州工業園、天津生態城之後的第三個政府間合作項目。
重慶市中新示範項目管理局局長曾菁華在簽約儀式上致辭表示，我們將充分發揮中新互聯互通項目國家戰略平臺作用，積極整合新加坡等東盟國家及西部省區市資源，支持中新（重慶）洪九·東盟農產品集散交易中心做大做強、做出實效。他還表示，交易中心將加速國際陸海貿易新通道建設，推動國內國際雙循環中商品和要素資源的循環暢通，助力中國-東盟全面戰略夥伴關係建設。
重慶洪九果品股份有限公司董事長鄧洪九表示，集散中心建設的關鍵在於“一帶一路”倡議、國際陸海貿易新通道等國家戰略和政府政策的引導和支持，以及依託中新互聯互通項目，運用洪九果品跨國產業鏈實體資源進一步提升國際資源整合力度，並將農產品產業鏈和數字化、智能化緊密結合，構成現代化的農產品體系。
水果等東盟農產品在中國擁有巨大市場潛力。據瞭解，重慶洪九果品股份有限公司擁有“端到端”的供應鏈，專注於主要原產於中國、泰國及越南的優質水果的全產業鏈運營。洪九果品是中國最大的東南亞水果進口供應商之一，也是最大的榴蓮分銷商，以及火龍果、山竹、龍眼的前五大分銷商，是中國西部省份與新加坡合作打造的陸海新通道的直接受益者。
根據框架協議，中新（重慶）洪九·東盟農產品集散交易中心將實現四大定位：一是帶動重慶港區東盟農產品貿易量增長；二是引導國產精品水果等農產品出口東盟國家；三是促進重慶與東盟農產品國際貿易供應鏈配套服務全面提升；四是構建中國與東盟國家農產品產業生態圈，吸引上下遊產業主體落戶重慶。
