興業銀行(601166.SH):香港分行在50億美元中期票據計劃項下完成發行6.5億美元債券並於5月19日上市
格隆匯5月18日丨興業銀行(601166.SH)公佈,根據公司2020年年度股東大會關於發行金融債券的決議,公司香港分行近日在50億美元中期票據計劃項下,在境外完成發行6.5億美元債券,募集資金主要用於為可再生能源、低碳和低排放運輸的合格綠色資產提供融資和再融資。發行情況如下:類型為美元計價的高級無抵押債券,規模為6.5億美元,年利率為3.25%,期限至2025年。
上述債券自2022年5月19日起在香港聯合交易所有限公司上市。
