惠譽:中國封控或加劇全球供應鏈壓力及通脹憂慮 集裝箱運費或續升
評級機構惠譽表示,中國採取動態清零方針,於上海採用封城等一系列防疫措施,或將加劇全球供應鏈壓力及通脹擔憂。
該行指,封控措施導致上海港4月及5月初的貨運量驟降,集裝箱卡車運力不足,港口工作人員無法以正常速度裝卸船舶,等待泊岸的船隻出現嚴重擠塞。
惠譽認為,雖然中國4月份進出口增長已大幅放緩,但相信疫情的影響很大程度上尚未在全球宏觀數據中反映,指出若供應鏈中斷持續,集裝箱運價可能會於高位企穩甚至繼續攀升。
惠譽續指,上海港貨物吞吐量佔中國港口總吞吐量的20%,而中國出口商品在全球出口中的佔比為15%,因此本輪封控措施可能會進一步推升全球通脹壓力,影響甚至可能會超過中國經濟增長疲軟帶來的大宗商品需求,及價格下挫對全球通脹的衝擊。
