國家發改委:傳統能源逐步退出必須在新能源安全可靠替代的基礎上
格隆匯5月12日丨國家發展改革委副主任胡祖才表示,大力推動能源革命。要大力發展新能源,在沙漠、戈壁、荒漠地區規劃建設4.5億千瓦大型風電光伏基地,8500萬千瓦項目已經開工建設。第二批項目正在抓緊前期工作,加快構建新能源供給消納體系。要提高煤炭清潔高效利用水平,供電煤耗超過300克/千瓦時的煤電機組要全部實施改造升級。“這裏需要強調的是,富煤、貧油、少氣是我國的基本國情,傳統能源的逐步退出必須在新能源安全可靠替代的基礎上,堅持先立後破,實現安全降碳。”胡祖才稱。
