H&H國際控股(01112.HK)首季總收入按呈報基準同比升11.5% 寵物營養及護理用品業務持續穩增
格隆匯5月11日丨H&H國際控股(01112.HK)公佈截至2022年3月31日止3個月未經審核營運數據。
2022年3月31日止3個月，總收入按呈報基準按年增長11.5%(按同類比較基準為7.0%)至人民幣26.83億元。該增長主要歸因於集團在中國內地以及澳洲及新西蘭(“澳新”)成人營養及護理用品業務的可觀穩健增長，以及寵物營養及護理用品業務持續的穩健增長趨勢，儘管嬰幼兒營養及護理用品分部面臨持續挑戰。該增長勢頭使集團有望於2022年全年繼續保持整體升軌。
中國內地的收入按同類比較基準按年增長2.6%，其中以Swisse為首的成人營養及護理用品實現33.3%的雙位數增長，主要歸因於消費者對增強免疫力產品的強勁需求及分銷商就潛在供應鏈面臨挑戰而預先囤積庫存。此外，由於寵物領養率高企及優質寵物營養品開支持續增長，集團藉助前景可期的利好因素，寵物營養及護理用品錄得銷售額人民幣8310萬元，該增長抵銷嬰幼兒營養及護理用品分部銷售額下降9.6%，尤其是嬰幼兒配方奶粉及益生菌補充品。
集團於澳新市場的銷售持續好轉，按同類比較基準增長40.2%，主要由於消費者對增強免疫力產品的強勁需求及分銷商因預期潛在供應鏈面臨挑戰而囤積庫存。
在美國，總收入按同類比較基準增長21.7%，其中寵物營養及護理用品業務按同類比較基準增長23.6%(按備考基準將Zesty Paws於2021年第一季度的收入綜合入賬為30.6%)，兩個品牌的線上及線下渠道均表現理想，與持久的寵物營養高端化及寵物人性化趨勢相符。此外，Zesty Paws的業務及財務整合均吿完成，並按計劃進行。
通過與若干信貸方訂立本金總額為12億美元的融資協議，將使集團能夠優化其資本結構，並使流動資金狀況有所改善。
展望未來，集團仍對全年前景保持樂觀，受成人營養及護理用品及寵物營養及護理用品分部推動，維持整體可觀升勢，同時預期嬰幼兒營養及護理用品分部將逐步復甦。
