據報美國監管機構人員抵達北京,就審計問題進行談判
據《路透》引述多名消息人士指,美國監管機構人員目前已抵達北京,尋求與中國當局進行談判,以解決在美上市的中國公司審計合規問題的長期爭議,預期相關人員將於下星期完成隔離並開展討論工作。
報道指,在中國近月作出讓步後,美國上市公司會計監督委員會(PCAOB)與中國證監會之間的談判已進入後期階段,預期若談判如期進行,PCAOB今年稍後時間或將派出更大規模團隊前往中國,對當地審計機構進行現場檢查。
據路透統計,截至目前PCAOB已將128家美國上市中國公司標籤爲面臨退市風險。
