新風光(688663.SH):擬與蘇州欣電昇共設蘇州新風光電氣 註冊資本3200萬元
格隆匯5月6日丨新風光(688663.SH)公佈,公司與蘇州欣電昇於2022年5月5日簽訂《投資合作協議》,擬共同出資設立蘇州新風光電氣有限公司(最終名稱以工商登記部門核准的名稱為準,簡稱“合資公司”),開展“中低壓變頻器及相關工業自動化配套產品的技術研發、產品開發、生產製造與銷售”業務。
合資公司註冊資本為人民幣3200萬元,其中公司以自有資金出資2560萬元,佔註冊資本總額的80%;蘇州欣電昇以貨幣出資640萬元,佔註冊資本總額的20%。
