海昌海洋公園(02255.HK)與越南Sunny World達成戰略合作 雙方將從項目合作、文旅業態及產業資源合作
格隆匯5月4日丨海昌海洋公園(02255.HK)宣佈，公司於近期與Sunny World Infrastructureand Real Estate Investment & Development Group Corporation("Sunny World")簽署戰略合作協議，雙方將從項目合作、文旅業態及產業資源合作，以及聯合拓展業務等方面開展合作。
根據該協議，雙方將以Sunny World擬在越南發展或管理的兩個海洋主題公園項目為首個合作啟動項目，集團為其提供文旅產業資源和業態導入、策劃諮詢、規劃設計，以及品牌和全球知名IP授權、動物保育、運營籌備等全流程服務，Sunny World負責相關合作項目的投資推廣和開發建設。雙方組建合資公司負責相關合作項目的運營管理，並探索其他更具創新性的合作模式，合力打造具有越南重要地標意義的主題文旅項目。雙方還計劃開展文旅業態及產業資源合作，由Sunny World旗下擁有或管理並在運營、在建或規劃中的商業綜合體、寫字樓、酒店、高端公寓等項目，以及旅遊度假和休閒娛樂類項目，優先安排與集團主題樂園、主題文娛綜合體、中小型室內主題娛樂項目、主題酒店，以及相關海洋極地主題文旅業態及其相關產業資源的合作，以助力項目的業態升級和物業價值提升。在聯合拓展業務方面，雙方在共同認可的越南各區域甄選優質文旅資產和物業的收購或運營管理機會，並聯合拓展文旅地產綜合項目，在政府公共關係、資本、投資建設、運營管理、品牌授權和文旅產業資源導入等方面形成更具競爭力的解決方案，以高標準的規劃設計、開發建設和運營管理打造亞洲領先、越南一流的文旅地產綜合項目。
