Airbnb(ABNB.US)首季收入同比增7成 料今年表現強勁
格隆匯5月4日丨從事民宿短期租賃服務的Airbnb(ABNB.US)公佈,受惠於新冠疫情放緩後的旅遊活動復甦,截至3月底止首季,虧損大減至1900萬美元,去年同期則虧損12億美元。期內,收入同比增70%至15.1億美元,優於市場預期的14.5億美元;經調整核心利潤(EBITDA)為2.29億美元,優於市場預期的7550萬美元,去年同經調整EBITDA虧損5900萬美元;每股經調整虧損3美仙,市場預期為虧損29美仙。Airbnb披露,客户上季訂房日數超過1億日,是成立以來首次;反映經營表現的訂房毛收益(GBV)按年升67%,至172億美元,同樣高於預期的159億美元。Airbnb稱,4月的夏季訂房量較2019年同期增長30%,因此預期今年餘下時間的旅遊需求保持強勁。
