中電(00002.HK)擬與特銳德組合資建設大灣區電動車充電設施網絡
中電控股(00002.HK)與青島特銳德電氣(300001.SZ)宣佈,擬分別透過其全資附屬華燈能源,及附屬特來電在中國內地設立合資公司,以投資及開展電動車充電基礎設施網絡,加快推進綠色出行以及智慧能源充電網的建設和電動車產業發展。
合資公司初步註冊資本爲5億元人民幣,華燈能源或其全資子公司將佔註冊資本60%,特來電佔40%,未來的投資將取決於公司的增長速度。
合資公司將在雙方完成最終協商及得到有關政府部門的審批後設立,業務初期以大灣區內地城市爲核心。
