國浩集團(00053.HK)斥逾6,000萬坡元參與開發新加坡地塊
國浩集團(00053.HK)公佈,國浩房地產之全資附屬公司GLS,與主要股東附屬Intrepid和TIDR,以及爲進行該項目而成立的合資公司LHD簽訂合資協議,將按協定合資比例開發於新加坡Lentor Hills Road的地塊。
LHD將會作爲認可開發商承擔該項目,其中包括收購,開發及管理該物業。該地塊乃通過投標,佔地面積17,136.9平方米,以約5.87億坡元從新加坡市區重建局投得。GLS的總出資額約6,012.8萬坡元,當中由120萬新加坡元股本及5,892.8萬坡元股東貸款組成。
