格隆匯4月28日丨星期六(002291.SZ)盤中漲6.7%,報12.58元,總市值114億元。星期六27日公吿,公司實控人張澤民及董事長謝如棟倡議:在堅持自願、合規的前提下,鼓勵公司、公司全資子公司及下屬控股公司全體員工積極買入公司股票。張澤民和謝如棟承諾,凡在2022年4月28日至2022年5月6日期間淨買入星期六股票,且連續持有12個月以上並在職的員工,若因在前述期間買入公司股票產生的虧損,由張澤民和謝如棟予以全額補償;若產生收益,則全部歸員工個人所有。
