創維集團(00751.HK)公佈一季度業績 新能源業務收入大增878.1% 董事會已批准合適時機進行股份回購
格隆匯4月27日丨創維集團(00751.HK)發佈公吿，截至2022年3月31日止三個月，公司總營業額109億元人民幣，同比增長9.5%；毛利17.87億元，同比增長5.9%。董事會已批准，在合適的市場條件下，公司會動用現金進行股份回購。
截至2022年3月31日止三個月，中國大陸市場的營業額為人民幣73.61億元，較去年同期增加17.8%。於本期，在集團的中國大陸市場營業額中，多媒體業務佔中國大陸市場營業額的40.3%（去年同期：58.6%）、智能系統技術業務佔中國大陸市場營業額的23.8%（去年同期：23.7%）、智能電器業務佔中國大陸市場營業額的10.1%（去年同期：9.4%）、新能源業務佔中國大陸市場營業額的20.6%（去年同期：2.5%）、現代服務業業務及其他佔餘下的5.2%（去年同期：5.8%）。
截至2022年3月31日止三個月，集團新能源業務收入錄得人民幣15.16億元，較去年同期大幅增加878.1%。隨着全球氣候變化，各主要國家紛紛提出各自的新能源戰略。十三五以來，中國政府對環保和新能源的政策導向明確。面對如此巨大的市場潛力，集團積極考慮進入清潔能源行業。其中，集團順應了現代能源、智能製造和數字科技融合發展的大趨勢，以户用光伏為開端，為電站開發、設計、建設、運營、管理、諮詢服務等一系列環節提供完整解決方案，並且以能源物聯網為依託，搭建智慧清潔能源全流程資產開發建設運營管理平台。於本期，集團的分佈式光伏電站裝機總量規模仍為行業龍頭之一，已實現運營且併網發電的家庭户用光伏電站新增超過20,000户。
此外，集團已與金融機構合作，為建設光伏電站提供融資租賃服務，致力發展為從金融、安裝到售後的一站式解決方案提供商，確立互聯網+光伏+惠民金融的商業模式。未來，集團將致力於佈局綜合新能源發展，立足户用光伏業務，逐步開拓工商業光伏、用電側綜合智慧能源管理等業務，逐步發展成為用電側清潔能源產業互聯網的行業領導者。
