保利物業(06049.HK):首次授予553.32萬股限制性股票
格隆匯4月26日丨保利物業(06049.HK)公佈,有關限制性股票激勵計劃事項,於2022年4月26日,董事會已決議進行首次授予。首次授予的限制性股票分為兩批授出,第一批限制性股票於董事會審議通過首次授予之日授出,預留部分限制性股票用於第二批授予。
首次授予項下授予激勵對象的限制性股票總量為553.32萬股,佔公司於公吿日期已發行股本總額約1.00%,其中(i)465.42萬股為第一批授予,佔首次授予總量約84.11%,佔公司於公吿日期已發行股本總額約0.84%;及(ii)預留87.9萬股以供第二批授予,佔首次授予總量約15.89%,佔公司於公吿日期已發行股本總額約0.16%。首次授予限制性股票的授予價格均為每股限制性股票港幣25.71元。
