格隆匯4月22日丨科沃斯(603486.SH)公佈2021年年度報吿,公司實現營業收入130.86億元,同比增長80.90%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤20.1億元,同比增長213.51%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤18.67億元,同比增長251.59%;基本每股收益3.59元。
經公司第二屆董事會第二十三次會議審議通過2021年度利潤分配預案:以實施權益分派股權登記日登記的總股本為基數,向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利11.00元(含税)。
