《即日市評》內地LPR「降息」預期落空 恆指再跌 內房股弱
內地維持一年期及五年期貸款市場報價利率(LPR),未如市場預期下調,港股今日向下。投資者對美企業績預期樂觀,美股道指及納指昨晚各升1.5%及2.2%,美匯指數昨晚盤中升穿101爲逾兩年來首次,執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率攀升至2.904釐,美匯指數處100.63,美股道指期貨最新跌65點或0.19%,納指期貨最新跌0.63%。今早人民幣中間價下調276點報6.3996兌一美元創逾五個月低,上證綜指今日跌42點或1.35%收3,151點,深證成指跌2.1%,滬深兩市成交額共8,207億人民幣。
恆指今早低開54點,早段在21,000點附近爭持,中午前升幅曾擴大至187點高見21,214,惟午市再度走軟,曾跌138點一度低見20,899點,全日跌83點或0.4%,收20,944點;國指跌69點或0.97%,收7,098點;恆生科技指數跌22點或0.54%,收4,134點。大市全日成交總額980.35億元,滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入9,000萬及淨流出4.44億元人民幣。
【招行續捱沽 內房股造淡】
內銀股造淡,建行(00939.HK)股價下滑0.5%,招行(03968.HK)今日股價續挫4.9%收50.3元。招行公佈,董事會同意免去田惠宇的行長、董事職務,另有任用。匯豐研究認爲,管理層繼任和零售業務發展勢頭的不確定性,可能對估值溢價構成挑戰,該行維持招行「持有」評級,將目標價由57.8元下調至53.2元。
內房及物管股受壓,中國海外(00688.HK)及華潤置地(01109.HK)股價各挫6%及6.9%,中國金茂(00817.HK)跌8.3%,碧桂園服務(06098.HK)股價下滑10.7%。美銀證券認爲,在內地50多個主要城市中約20%的內房銷售項目受疫情復燃打擊,而於上海有重大敞口的發展商包括華潤置地、遠洋集團(03377.HK)及融創中國(01918.HK),而新城發展(01030.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)及金茂的長三角敞口則最多。長三角佔全國新屋銷售的37%,珠三角佔24%。
【跌股一千隻 李寧有支持】
港股今日市寬轉弱,主板股票的升跌比率爲14比25(上日11比30),下跌股份1,064只(跌幅近2.7%),恆指成份股今日25只股份上升,下跌股份40只,升跌比率爲38比61(上日爲21比74);大市今日錄沽空174.16億元,佔可沽空股份成交額814.75億的21.376%(上日爲24.067%)。
體育用品股逆市揚,李寧(02331.HK)股價漲近4.4%收61.9元,成升幅最大藍籌股。花旗發表報告指,李寧維持今年收入增長10%至20%低段增長的指引,維持毛利率處於10%高段的指引,因爲其年初至今的營運與全年計劃進展一致。監於其強大的品牌、產品、靈活的成本結構和審慎的渠道庫存管理,在充滿挑戰的零售環境中,李寧的利潤增長比大多數其他運動用品股更具彈性,維持「買入」評級,目標價109.85元。(wl/a)
