市北高新(600604.SH)：支持疫情防控減免非國有小微企業和個體工商户租金6個月
格隆匯4月20日丨市北高新(600604.SH)公佈，為貫徹《上海市全力抗疫助企業促發展的若干政策措施》和《關於印發上海市國有企業減免小微企業和個體工商户房屋租金實施細則的通知》(滬國資委規〔2022年〕1號)精神，公司於2022年4月20日召開了第九屆董事會第三十六次會議，審議通過了《關於支持疫情防控減免非國有小微企業和個體工商户租金的議案》，同意公司積極踐行企業社會責任、履行國有企業服務區域經濟發展的主體責任，幫助承租公司及全資或控股子公司持有或運營的上海市內非居住類物業項目的非國有小微企業和個體工商户降低運營成本、減輕經營負擔，對符合條件的承租企業租金予以減免。
實施主體：公司及公司下屬持有或運營上海市內非居住類物業項目的全資或控股子公司作為本次租金減免的實施主體。
適用對象：租金減免適用於承租實施主體自有經營性房產，自身從事生產、研發、辦公、商業配套等生產經營活動，無負面清單事項的非國有小微企業和個體工商户(“減免對象”)。小微企業參照《統計上大中小微型企業劃分辦法(2017)》、《關於印發〈金融業企業劃型標準規定〉的通知》(銀髮〔2015〕309號)認定；個體工商户是指營業執照登記類型為“個體工商户”的經營者。
減免額度：1、實施主體對符合條件的減免對象免除2022年6個月的租金。減免對象在2022年租期不滿一年的，根據租期按比例享受免租。
2、租賃合同涉及免租、優惠租金、租金單價調整等情形的，以合同約定2022年實收租金為基礎計算相應減免額。
3、根據公司初步測算，本次減免租金總金額預計不超過人民幣1億元，佔公司2021年經審計的營業收入比例不超過8.98%。
