物管股隨內房股捱沽 旭輝永升服務及碧桂園服務續挫7%-9%
內地4月貸款場報價利率(LPR)意外連續第三個月維持不變,一年及五年期LPR利率分別維持3.7%及4.6%,市場原先預期降至3.65%及4.55%。A股內房板塊午後跌幅擴至4.4%居跌幅榜首,拖累滬指及深成午後跌幅擴至1.2%及1.8%,分別報3,156及11,426。
本港除內房股跟隨A股同業捱沽外,物管股也全面捱沽。其中藍籌碧桂園服務(06098.HK)兩連跌兼失守20天線(35.6元),午後跌幅曾擴至9.7%報33元,現報33.25元,續挫9%;旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)續挫6.9%報10.58元。
中海物業(02669.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)、時代鄰里(09928.HK)、世茂服務(00873.HK)及融創服務(01516.HK)續跌近5%-6%,分別報9.36元、3.12元、2.1元、4.22元及4.37元。
雅生活服務(03319.HK)續跌3.5%報12.36元。華潤萬象(01209.HK)、保利物業(06049.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)及金科服務(09666.HK)跌逾2%-4%,後者沽壓最大報27.35元。
