A股午評：創業板指跌2%再創調整新低，地產、新能源股大跌，陽光電源跌停
兩市主要指數下跌，滬指午間收跌0.21%報3187點，深成指跌0.65%，創業板指跌2.2%報2398點。兩市2548股上漲，1996股下跌，成交額4800億，北上資金淨賣出36.6億。
盤面上，行業板塊漲跌參半，食品飲料板塊大漲，與之相關的預製菜概念繼續走強，三全食品等多股漲停；酒類股全線上漲，洋河股份漲3%；中央深改委強調加強數字政府建設，智慧政務概念應聲大漲，英飛拓等股漲停；旅遊、種業、家電等板塊強勁。地產板塊大跌，中交地產連續三個交易日跌停；鋼鐵、建築、建材等板塊跌幅靠前；新能源股普跌，陽光電源跌停、寧德時代跌6%、隆基跌3%。
智慧政務概念大漲，英飛拓等股漲停。消息上，中央深改委會議強調，加強數字政府建設，推進省以下財政體制改革。要壓實地方各級政府風險防控責任，完善防範化解隱性債務風險長效機制，堅決遏制隱性債務增量，從嚴查處違法違規舉債融資行為。要嚴肅財經紀律，維護財經秩序，健全財會監督機制。
預製菜概念大漲，三全食品等股漲停。中信建投指，疫情影響下，消費者對於便捷生活、安全食物的追求，以及餐飲企業連鎖化、降本增速的需求，共同引發了預製菜行業爆發式增長。目前市場對於預製菜的外延邊界存在分歧，根據測算我們認為狹義預製菜約2200億規模，其中即烹型調理肉製品規模最大。
種業概念大漲，豐樂種業漲停。消息面上，農業農村部表示，鼓勵社會資本投入現代種養業等重點產業和領域。此外，人民日報刊文稱，當前，我國種業發展面臨新要求新機遇新挑戰，打好種業翻身仗難以一蹴而就，必須開展種源“卡脖子”技術攻關。無論是糧食生產還是種業發展，都需要依靠科技進步，加強育種核心技術創新。
山西證券指，當前海內外利空因素尚未完全出清，市場情緒低落，修復尚需時日，且在此過程中易受到階段性衝擊，持續“磨底”。我們維持之前的判斷，現階段建議重點關注具有較優防禦能力及估值修復空間的大盤價值股。分紅比例較高，成分以上游資源為主的紅利指數及其成分標的可作為防禦選擇。同時，疫後復甦預期正在形成，建議持續關注全國各地供應鏈恢復情況。
