萊爾科技(688683.SH)：擬增設車用材料事業部和新能源材料事業部
格隆匯4月12日丨萊爾科技(688683.SH)公佈，公司於2021年12月21日召開第二屆董事會第十次會議，審議通過了《關於增加車用材料事業部和新能源材料事業部並調整公司組織架構的議案》，公司擬增加設立車用材料事業部和新能源材料事業部，並授權公司管理層具體實施本次組織架構調整的相關事項。
公司此次擬開展應用於汽車後市場的車用材料新業務，充分利用公司在汽車行業積累的客户資源，開發銷售漆面保護膜、窗膜、車身改色膜、天窗膜、星空膜等產品，並同步延伸至車用材料全系列類目產品；進一步推動和擴大公司新能源汽車產業鏈的佈局範圍，更好地優化公司資源配置，增強公司的核心競爭力。
汽車後市場是指汽車銷售以後，圍繞汽車使用過程中的各種服務，它涵蓋了消費者買車後所需要的一切服務，涉及的產品包括了對汽車車身起到防刮作用的汽車漆面保護膜、可改善玻璃的性能和強度使之具有隔熱、節能、防爆、美化外觀、遮避私密及安全防護等功能的窗膜、以及車身改色膜等車用材料。隨着人們對汽車的美觀和保護需求的不斷增加，汽車後市場中的漆面保護膜等車用材料產品越來越受到重視。
伴隨着國內新能源汽車蓬勃發展，我國新能源汽車成交量連續5年全球第一，佔全球一半以上，新能源汽車滲透率、保有量迅猛提高，成為了汽車行業增速穩定的關鍵變量，為汽車後市場帶來了萬億市場的機會。2020年中國汽車後市場行業規模1達14665.3億元，較2019年增加了1333.2億元，同比增長10.0%，是潛力巨大的增量市場。
車用材料新業務通過在廣東萊爾新材料科技股份有限公司主體下新設事業部進行實施，利用公司現有品牌資源、管理體系，實行獨立核算，引入具有多年車用材料行業工作經驗及專業市場拓展能力的高端人才，充分發揮公司業務之間的協同效應，實現各業務之間的優勢互補，拓寬公司產品市場領域。因此，開展新業務不會導致公司實際控制人的變更。
