道氏技術(300409.SZ)：格瑞芬擬投資60億元建年產5000噸碳納米管粉體、3萬噸碳納米管漿料和15萬噸硅碳、石墨負極材料及石墨化加工生產項目
格隆匯4月10日丨道氏技術(300409.SZ)公佈，公司子公司佛山市格瑞芬新能源有限公司(“格瑞芬”)作為公司碳材料業務板塊的運營平台，主要產品為石墨烯導電劑和碳納米管導電劑，擁有涵蓋催化劑、碳納米管粉體、高純粉體、導電漿料、NMP回收等完整的導電劑供應鏈和研發體系，產品體系質量領先。格瑞芬已經實現碳納米管產品一至四代的量產，目前已建成4萬噸漿料及相關配套產能，並且是國內首批實現第四代寡壁管產品量產及規模化應用的企業，其第五代單壁管產品亦已完成實驗室樣品製備。
單壁碳納米管具有優良的導電性、高長徑比、高柔性等技術特點，在低添加量(最低可至0.05%)的情況下即可在負極材料內部形成網絡，覆蓋在硅顆粒表面並在硅顆粒之間建立高度導電和持久的連接，可以顯著改善硅碳負極在充放電過程中由於硅的體積大幅變化所導致硅碳負極顆粒粉化的難題，進而顯著延長鋰電池的循環壽命，是硅碳負極規模化應用所必需的核心材料。格瑞芬基於相關的技術積累與沉澱，積極佈局下一代高容量硅碳負極，將碳材料業務產品線延伸到硅碳負極材料。
基於蘭州新區新材料及新能源儲能電池產業集羣效應明顯，區域位置及配套良好，為了把握行業發展的機遇，推進公司戰略規劃和經營目標的實現，公司結合負極材料技術發展趨勢和公司的發展戰略規劃，公司子公司格瑞芬擬與蘭州新區管理委員會簽署《碳材料項目合同書》，格瑞芬(包括但不限於格瑞芬關聯方)擬在蘭州新區新設控股子公司，投資建設“年產5000噸碳納米管粉體、3萬噸碳納米管漿料(含相關產業鏈配套)和15萬噸硅碳、石墨負極材料及石墨化加工生產項目”，其中年產5000噸碳納米管粉體對應公司各碳材料基地在現有10萬噸漿料產能規劃基礎上新增10萬噸漿料產能，項目建成後，蘭州基地將成為國內最重要的碳納米管導電劑一體化研發生產基地及技術最先進的硅碳負極材料一體化研發生產基地，並將極大的拓展格瑞芬碳材料的發展空間。
項目計劃投資總額人民幣60億元，其中固定資產投資人民幣51.8億元。項目分兩期建設，其中一期計劃建設投資人民幣18.95億元，二期計劃建設投資人民幣32.85億元。一期項目的建設投資資金主要來自自有自籌資金及政府支持銀行貸款。
