中國新城鎮(01278.HK):第一季度內無新增投資項目
格隆匯4月7日丨中國新城鎮(01278.HK)發佈公吿,截至2022年3月31日,扣除風險項目的減值準備後,公司固定收益類項目投資組合總額約為人民幣14.2億元。剔除風險項目後,其他項目按照合約取得税前年化保證投資收益約為人民幣1.4億元,對應的平均年化税前投資回報率約9.6%。
與公司在2021年12月31日所刊發的自願性公吿相比,集團於第一季度內無新增投資項目。未來公司將繼續就城鎮化固定收益類投資的進展以自願性公吿的形式每季度持續向各位股東作出更新。
