港股異動 | 水泥股走強 需求逐步向好,價格應聲上漲
格隆匯4月4日丨中國建材漲5.75%領漲,海螺水泥和金隅集團漲逾3%。進入3月份後,天氣氣温回升,施工條件好轉,市場需求加快恢復,同時全國多數企業結束錯峯開始恢復正常生產,水泥行業供需局面逐步向好,疊加煤價整體上漲企業生產成本承壓上行,水泥價格應聲上漲。3月初全國水泥價格指數(CEMPI)為169.25點,月末報收172.82點,環比上漲2.81%,同比上漲15.82%。市場人士表示,受益於重大項目和房地產拉動,下半年水泥市場值得看好。
