萬集科技(300552.SZ)：向上海濟達增資1636萬元
格隆匯4月1日丨萬集科技(300552.SZ)公佈，基於公司智能網聯業務發展，為進一步增強交通智慧化的全息感知及解決方案能力，公司擬與上海濟達交通科技有限公司(“上海濟達”或“目標公司”)簽訂《北京萬集科技股份有限公司與上海濟達交通科技有限公司之投資協議》，公司以自有資金向上海濟達增資人民幣1636萬元，其中43.0622萬元計入上海濟達註冊資本，其餘1592.9378萬元計入上海濟達的資本公積。此次增資後，上海濟達的註冊資本由315.7895萬元增至358.8517萬元，公司持股比例為12%。
公吿顯示，上海濟達主要產品為微觀交通仿真軟件TESS NG，TESS NG微觀交通仿真系統融合了交通工程、軟件工程、系統仿真等交叉學科領域的最新技術研發而成，上海濟達的微觀交通仿真軟件TESS NG在國產交通仿真軟件中處於領先地位。上海濟達主要業務包括軟件銷售，依託於軟件的規劃設計諮詢業務，以及軟件的二次開發平台建設服務。上海濟達核心優勢體現在：軟件功能設計方面，聚焦國內應用核心需求及關鍵功能，逐步進行研發迭代測試；在現有軟件核心模型基礎上選擇、優化、迭代測試最佳的各類模型；在不同場景情況下，驗證其系統應用穩定及有效性。上海濟達主要客户包括高精地圖圖商、智能交通企業、交通規劃部門、高校等。其仿真技術客户黏性好，目前積累上千個用户，並形成商業用户，將產品出海銷往國外。
