港股承壓下跌，恆生科指重挫3%，百度、嗶哩嗶哩跌逾7%
今日港股弱勢震盪，恆指跌1.2%報21728點，國指跌1.9%，恆生科技指數跌3.1%報4413點。
盤面上，隔夜中概股重挫，港股大型科技股集體下跌，百度跌近8%，美團、阿里巴巴跌超4%，快手跌3.77%，騰訊跌1.9%。
重型機械股、體育用品股、乳製品股大跌居前，中國重汽跌逾7%，銀行股、汽車股、濠賭股、互聯網醫療股、電力股等紛紛走低；另一方面，昨日大跌的煙草概念股反彈，華寶國際漲2.5%，內房股與物管股繼續分化。
中概股退市陰霾壓頂
美國當地時間週三，美國證券交易委員會（SEC）將百度、富途控股、愛奇藝、凱信遠達醫藥和從事漁業養殖的Nocera加入“預摘牌名單”，這也是三月以來第三批被納入名單的中概股。
受此影響影響，昨日的港股也是開盤走弱，但跌幅較小。原因是盤前，證監會迴應了SEC的最新動作，表示這是美國監管部門執行《外國公司問責法》的一個正常程序，列入清單的公司是否在未來兩年真正退市，最終取決於中美審計監管合作的進展與結果。所以昨日港股整體是小幅下挫。
對於中美雙方審計底稿的進展，證監會負責任進一步表示，自去年8月以來，中國證監會主席易會滿和根斯勒主席已三次召開視頻會議，商討解決中美審計監管合作中的遺留問題。中方與美國公眾公司會計監督委員會(PCAOB)更是進行了多輪坦誠、專業和高效的會談，雙方的溝通還將繼續。雙方都有意願解決分歧和問題，最終結果如何，要看雙方的智慧和初心。
只能説市場已經對中概股的最壞結果做好了充分的心理準備，預計接下來就算SEC繼續更新中概股“預摘牌”名單，市場對此的反應也是可控的。
港股今日的進一步走弱，跟隔夜中概股的重挫有關。富途控股跌約13%，愛奇藝跌約10%，百度跌超8%。阿里跌6.67%，京東跌 5.89%，拼多多跌 8.34%。，理想跌 4.87%，小鵬跌 2.85%。
