宏光半導體(06908.HK)公佈年度業績：積極佈局第三代半導體，加快步伐研發及拓展GaN相關產品的應用
格隆匯4月1日丨宏光半導體(06908.HK)公佈截至2021年12月31日止年度業績，年內，集團乘着國家政策、科技和產業發展的東風順勢而為，推動各項業務的高速發展。集團已在LED製造方面累積豐富行業專業知識，並於年內加快其步伐研發及拓展GaN相關產品的應用，把握市場機遇。
報吿期內，公司總收益約為人民幣1.26億元，較上年度增加約3.4%。來自LED燈珠的收益約為人民幣1.26億元，佔總收益約100.0%。收益增加主要由於2021年上半年中國對半導體產品的需求大幅上漲，導致該年度銷量上升。
集團於年內從多方面佈局以建設第三代半導體GaN的核心能力，包括技術層面、生產管理、行業研發及收購及協作等領域。藉着有關佈局，集團在開展第三代半導體業務方面取得了不少的里程碑。
集團將致力成為第三代半導體的IDM先行者。為把握龐大市場需求的商機，集團除積極探索與其他企業合作外，亦會加強其自身能力。年內，集團致力改造徐州廠房，加強核心設備及各項研發和生產配套，繼續推進徐州廠房生產線的建設及調試，不斷提升產能以迎合未來市場的需求。徐州廠房目前在裝修及添置機器階段，期望於2023年內開始投產。集團將繼續發揮其資源的內部整合優勢以提升運營管理效率，並縮短產品設計至量產所需時間。隨着持續擴充產能，集團將迎來加速成長，邁向實現一站式IDM佈局更進一步。
集團亦進一步加強現有市場業務及其研發實力，未來會繼續與合適的第三方合作並招覽更多半導體人才，務求加快步伐研發及拓展GaN相關產品的應用。集團的全球戰略諮詢委員會會向管理層提供有效策略及戰術建議，以加強業務營運。另一方面，集團亦將聘請多位行業經驗豐富的銷售專才組成強大的銷售團隊，有助帶領集團在探索新客户中取得優勢。在產品設計方面，按客户需求和貼近市場與商業需求，使產業鏈各個環節實現創新。
