天倫燃氣(01600.HK)年度核心利潤增2.2%至9.15億元 末期息14.57分
格隆匯3月31日丨 天倫燃氣(01600.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度業績，營業收入為人民幣76.50億元，較去年同期人民幣64.40億元，增長18.8%；歸屬於公司所有者利潤為人民幣10.01億元，較去年同期人民幣10.44億元，下降4.1%；扣除一次性因素後，年度核心利潤為人民幣9.15億元，較去年同期人民幣8.95億元，增長2.2%。每股基本收益為人民幣1.00元，建議派付2021年末期股息每股人民幣14.57分。2021年累計派息每股人民幣28.00分，派息率達到核心利潤的30.8%。
截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團踐行"並行多種舉措，堅定發展理念，創新發展模式"的工作理念，在深耕燃氣本業的同時，通過選擇性併購策略拓展事業版圖，以創新性思維實現企業轉型及能級躍升，保持集團整體業績的穩健增長。集團積極開發城市燃氣住宅用户及河南省經營區域內氣化鄉村業務。
集團收入為人民幣76.50億元，同比增長18.8%。其中，工程安裝及服務收入為人民幣22.22億元，較去年同期下降12.9%；燃氣零售業務收入為人民幣40.90億元，較去年同期增長33.6%；燃氣批發業務收入為人民幣10.27億元，較去年同期增長52.4%。集團收入主要來自天然氣零售業務、天然氣批發業務以及工程安裝及服務業務，該等業務佔截至2021年12月31日止年度總收入的比重分別為53.5%、13.4%和29.0%(去年同期為：47.5%、10.5%和39.6%)。
截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團新增工程建設638,713户燃氣住宅用户，累計工程建設燃氣住宅用户數量已增至4,901,266户，較去年同期增長17.4%。截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團共為4,646户工商業用户提供工程安裝及服務，所經營項目累計工商業用户共計37,376户，較去年同期增長32.0%。
截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團共銷售天然氣19.42億立方米，較去年同期增長28.2%。其中，零售業務銷氣量為15.66億立方米，較去年同期增長28.6%。銷售予住宅用户、工商業用户、交通用户及批發業務的氣量分別佔燃氣總銷量的23.1%、52.8%、4.7%及19.4%。截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團管道燃氣代輸量為8.13億立方米。
