中國秦發(00866.HK)公佈年度業績 由虧轉盈28億元 將持續加大勘探力度及產能建設
格隆匯3月31日丨中國秦發(00866.HK)公佈，2021年，公司收益為人民幣46億元，較2020年的人民幣22億元增加102.9%；毛利率為42.6%，與2020年15.8%的毛利率相比，毛利率增加乃主要由於平均煤炭價格增加；公司權益持有人應占溢利為人民幣28億元，而2020年則為公司權益持有人應占虧損人民幣29億元。
溢利增加主要由於(i)集團受惠於外部經濟因素，煤炭市價於年內大幅上升令經營溢利大幅增加；(ii)集團與集團若干債權人達成貸款重組安排，根據有關安排，預期將錄得來自債務重組收益的非經營溢利；及(iii)因煤炭價格大幅上升而撥回物業、廠房及設備以及煤炭採礦權的減值虧損。
2021年煤炭經營及貿易量以及商業煤產量分別為約6,120,000噸及6,190,000噸，較2020年增加2.5%及8.4%。
集團將持續加大勘探力度，透過促進煤礦智能化及加強協同調度，積極改善國內各煤礦的生產效率及提升產量。此外，集團將加快推進SDE項目下位於印尼南加里曼丹省哥打巴魯縣產區的產能建設，爭取該等煤礦能儘快正式投產。在發展印尼煤炭業務的同時，集團一直加強與當地社區的關係，積極支持當地社區的發展，並與印尼政府建立長期而良好的關係，集團亦善用與印尼企業的戰略伙伴關係，繼續審慎尋求在印尼地區發展的機會。
集團將繼續拓展供應商網絡，尋找優質的供應商合作以確保在來年具有可靠質素及穩定數量的煤炭供應市場。同時，集團將加強營銷力度以擴展客源，目標將銷售網路延伸到更多尚未涉足的城市，增加市場份額及提升市場競爭力。
集團將堅持產運銷一體化協調，持續優化生產運營方案，流暢由生產到銷售各環節的銜接鏈，從而降低企業內部運輸環節成本；透過內部監督和回饋系統，精準採購、加強庫存管理。來年，集團將繼續與國內融資機構開展磋商，考慮各類型融資方案，從而加強現金流，並投放資金髮展重點項目。集團將根據市場變化，動態優化調整投資項目。
