格隆匯3月31日丨中國石油股份(00857.HK)公佈，按國際財務報吿準則，截至2021年12月31日止年度，公司營業收入為人民幣26143.49億元，同比增長35.2%；歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為人民幣921.70億元，同比增長385.0%；實現每股基本收益人民幣0.50元，擬派末期股息每股人民幣0.09622元。
公吿稱，營收增加主要由於集團大部分油氣產品銷售量增加、價格大幅上漲以及提質增效工作效果顯著。
2021年，勘探與生產板塊實現營業收入人民幣6,883.34億元，比上年同期增長29.7%，主要由於油氣產品價格上漲、天然氣銷量增加。2021年，集團勘探與生產板塊進口原油3,713萬噸，比上年同期下降4.9%；銷售收入人民幣1,195.47億元，比上年同期增長40.5%。
2021年，煉油與化工板塊實現營業收入人民幣9,749.72億元，比上年同期增長25.8%，主要由於煉化產品價格上升以及部分產品銷售量增加。其中：煉油業務營業收入為人民幣7,360.04億元，比上年同期增長23.9%；化工業務營業收入為人民幣2,389.68億元，比上年同期增長32.2%。
2021年，銷售板塊實現營業收入人民幣21,700.62億元，比上年同期增長44.9%，主要由於成品油價格上升及銷售量增加。
2021年，天然氣與管道板塊實現營業收入人民幣4,170.22億元，比上年同期增長12.5%，主要由於天然氣銷售量價齊增。
2021年集團海外業務實現營業收入人民幣9,877.33億元，佔集團總營業收入的37.8%；實現税前利潤人民幣88.36億元，佔集團税前利潤的5.6%。集團國際業務保持穩健發展，國際化運營水平持續提升。
2022年，集團計劃原油產量為8.986億桶，可銷售天然氣產量為4,625.1十億立方英尺，油氣當量合計為16.697億桶。2022年，集團計劃原油加工量為12.694億桶。
