格隆匯3月31日丨馬鞍山鋼鐵股份(00323.HK)發佈公吿,2022年3月30日,董事會第五十九次會議審議通過公司擬發行短期融資券的議案。為進一步優化公司債務結構,拓寬公司融資渠道,降低公司融資成本,根據有關規定並結合公司業務發展的需要,公司擬向中國銀行間市場交易商協會申請註冊發行短期融資券。本次公開發行短期融資券規模為不超過人民幣100億元(含人民幣100億元),具體發行規模提請股東大會授權董事會或董事會授權人士根據公司實際需要和發行時市場情況,在上述範圍內確定。
