上海電氣(02727.HK)年度淨虧損約99.88億元 新增訂單1441.8億元
格隆匯30月30日丨 上海電氣(02727.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度，營業總收入為人民幣1,313.88億元，同比下降4.3%；股東應占虧損為人民幣99.88億元，上年同期股東應占利潤人民幣37.58億元，每股基本虧損人民幣0.64元，2021年新增訂單人民幣1,441.8億元，同比下降22.3%。
報吿期內，集團毛利率為15.07%，同比減少1.69個百份點，主要是受疫情以及大宗材料漲價影響，公司海外工程項目投入大幅增加，項目成本較上年同期上升所致。公司淨利潤較上年同期大幅下降的主要原因是：1)對上海電氣通訊技術有限公司("通訊公司")風險事項計提相關損失；2)海外工程運營成本上升；3)原材料價格波動導致成本上升；4)本公司部份權益法核算的聯營企業出現重大虧損；5)對部份下屬企業持有與恆大集團相關的資產計提信用減值損失；6)對部份子公司計提商譽減值。
報吿期內，公司實現新增訂單人民幣1,441.8億元，較上年同期下降22.3%。公司新增訂單中，能源裝備人民幣612.6億元(其中風電設備人民幣121.8億元，核電設備人民幣89.0億元，儲能設備人民幣65.1億元，燃煤發電設備人民幣145.0億元)，工業裝備人民幣429.9億元(其中電梯人民幣232.7億元)，集成服務人民幣399.3億元(其中能源工程服務人民幣263.1億元)。
截至報吿期末，公司在手訂單為人民幣2,861.0億元，較上年年末增長3.6%，公司報吿期末在手訂單中，能源裝備占人民幣1,432.5億元(其中風電設備人民幣362.2億元，核電設備占人民幣271.7億元，儲能設備人民幣30.3億元，燃煤發電設備人民幣490.9億元)，工業裝備人民幣123.8億元(其中電梯人民幣41.6億元)，集成服務人民幣1,304.7億元(其中能源工程服務人民幣1,097.9億元)。
