三峽能源(600905.SH):擬出資16.5億元參設浙江能投
格隆匯3月31日丨三峽能源(600905.SH)公佈,為了拓展在浙江新能源業務,加快資源儲備和規模突破,公司擬與控股股東中國長江三峽集團有限公司(簡稱三峽集團)及其全資子公司中國三峽建工(集團)有限公司(簡稱三峽建工)共同投資設立長江三峽集團浙江能源投資有限公司(最終以企業登記註冊的名稱為準,簡稱浙江能投)。
三峽能源、三峽集團、三峽建工以貨幣出資分別認繳16.5億元、17億元、16.5億元,佔浙江能投注冊資本的比例分別為33%、34%、33%。
