格隆匯3月30日丨兗礦能源(01171.HK)公吿，截至2021年12月31日止年度，公司實現收入合計1086.16億元，同比增加57.13%；歸屬於公司股東利潤169.4億元，同比增加168.15%；每股收益人民幣3.48元；董事會建議宣派截至2021年12月31日止年度年終股息每股人民幣1.6元(含税)及特別股息每股人民幣0.4元(含税)。股息的宣佈及派發須由本公司股東於應屆股東周年大會上批准。
2021年集團生產商品煤10,503萬噸，同比增加98萬噸或0.9%。2021年集團銷售煤炭10,564萬噸，同比減少3,060萬噸或22.5%，主要是由於：①自產煤產量同比減少；②貿易煤銷量同比減少。2021年集團實現煤炭業務銷售收入837.97億元，同比增加183.77億元或28.1%，主要是由於：商品煤銷售價格上漲。
2021年，集團積極把握國家"雙碳"政策機遇，以全球視野、開放思維調整發展戰略，充分發揮多區域、多產業協同互補優勢，持續優化產業結構和區域佈局，加快轉變發展方式，拓展發展空間，公司核心競爭力、價值創造力和可持續發展能力全面提升。煤炭產業加快智能高效轉型，建成31個智能採掘工作面，5對國家智能化示範礦井達到國家標準，本部衝擊地壓礦井全部實現智能化開採。
陝蒙基地營盤壕煤礦取得采礦許可證，石拉烏素煤礦產能有序釋放，企業資源優勢加快向經濟優勢轉化，發展後勁持續增強。澳洲基地主力礦井優勢產能充分釋放，運營質量和經濟效益持續提升，國際競爭力更加凸顯。化工產業加快向"價值高端"延伸，未來能源10萬噸╱年高温費託合成產品填補高端特種蠟國產空白；魯南化工成為山東省煤基精細化工品產業鏈"鏈主"企業，30萬噸╱年己內酰胺項目建成投產。科技創新成果豐碩，投入研發資金11.4億元，同比增長123.5%；獲得國家、省部級科技獎項40項。
積極打造"工業互聯網+智能礦山"數字化轉型發展新模式，推行數字化經營管控，核心業務實現流程貫通、數據共享。採煤塌陷區綜合治理"漁樵耕讀"啟動區建設完成，打造了全國生態修復樣本工程。
