中核國際(02302.HK):預計年度淨利潤不少於100萬港元
格隆匯3月30日丨中核國際(02302.HK)公佈,預期集團截至2021年12月31日止年度的收入將大幅減少及毛利減少相比2020年同期,減幅分別不少於約13億港元及約300萬港元,相比2020同期分別約16.48億港元及約2400萬港元。儘管如此,與2020年年度的淨虧損約8800萬港元相比,預計2021年年度集團將錄得不少於約100萬港元的少量淨利潤。
收入大幅下降主要是由於集團的供應鏈業務自2020年下半年以來完全停止,根據集團更加專注於鈾產品貿易業務的戰略決策。
由淨虧損轉為淨利潤的主要原因為(i)2021年年度不存在存貨減值損失(2020年年度:約5200萬港元);(ii)2021年年度錄得應占聯營公司利潤(2020年年度:應占聯營公司虧損約1800萬港元);及(iii)在集團停止其供應鏈業務後,2021年年度財務成本減少(2020年年度:約1670萬港元)。
