A股收評：創業板指漲超4%，地產股掀漲停潮，北向資金狂買127億
3月30日，A股三大股指高開高走開啟大反攻，滬指漲近2%站穩3200點，深成指漲逾3%重返12000點上方。截至收盤，滬指漲1.96%報3266.60點，深成指漲3.10%報12263.80點，創業板指漲4.02%報2696.83點。市場風險偏好急劇上升，賺錢效應凸顯，個股上漲數超3700只，成交量放大，成交額9580億，北上資金淨買入127億。
盤面上，行業板塊普遍上漲，地產股暴漲，天保基建等近三十股漲停，物業管理、家居、建材板塊跟隨大漲；金融股集體上漲，其中又以券商板塊漲幅最大，東方財富漲7%；新能源賽道股大漲，國電南瑞、寧德時代漲6%；基建、新能源車、消費電子等概念大漲靠前。農業、煤炭、化肥、油氣開採等板塊跌幅居前。
具體來看
房地產板塊爆發，天保基建、天房發展、中交地產、泰禾集團等近30股漲停。
物業管理板塊跟隨房地產板塊大漲，特發服務、招商積餘等多股漲停，萬科A、上實發展漲超8%，深物業A漲7.22%。
券商板塊領漲大金融板塊，紅塔證券、中銀證券漲停，東方財富、廣發證券漲超7%，中金公司、中信證券漲超4%。
水泥股普漲，四川金頂直線封板，華新水泥漲7.7%，福建水泥、上峯水泥漲超6%，寧波富達漲5.88%，青松建化、萬年青漲超4%。
進入三月旺季，全國多地水泥廠家再發“漲價函”，山西、河南、江西、江蘇、湖北等地水泥價格上調。從3月10日開始，湖北黃岡、鄂州等地的水泥廠家通知，上調水泥價格20-30元/噸。
煤炭板塊表現低迷，山煤國際跌6.78%，山西焦煤、晉控煤業、兗礦能源跌超5%，陝西煤業、昊華能源跌超4%，蘭花科創、盤江股份、中煤能源紛紛下跌。
化肥股普跌，華融化學跌7.83%，富邦股份跌5.37%，魯北化工、司爾特跌超3%。
農業股大幅走低，萬辰生物領跌，神農科技、華綠生物跌超5%，蘇墾農發、敦煌種業跌超4%，荃銀高科、隆平高科、登海種業、北大荒紛紛下跌。
北向資金方面，北上資金淨流入169.32億元，其中滬股通淨流入83.03億元，深股通淨流入86.29億元。
展望後市，海通證券表示，操作策略上，考慮到當前市場仍然處於震盪磨底修復階段，反轉仍需等待，二次探底補缺後的A股隨着更多穩增長政策出台和見效，資金或迴流股市，悲觀情緒也有望得到修復，指數重回升勢可期。目前宏觀經濟增長壓力依然較大，短期全國疫情又在持續，對市場情緒有所影響。在技術調整過程中，建議仍要控制好總體倉位適時低吸，保持成長和價值的均衡配置。
