浙商銀行(02016.HK)擬購置浦東新區綠地創驛大廈A塔樓作為辦公大樓
格隆匯3月30日丨浙商銀行(02016.HK)發佈公吿,基於浙商銀行上海分行業務發展、人員隊伍的逐步擴大,以及浙商銀行總行在滬機構、子公司佈局和長遠發展考慮,經多次現場勘察、比選、研究,擬購置浦東新區浦東大道1500弄1號綠地創驛大廈A塔樓作為辦公大樓使用。
根據披露,購置標的包括A塔樓5.696萬平方米(其中辦公產權面積5.42萬平方米,非計容面積2763.13平方米)、停車位280個(含223個產權車位,57個非產權車位的使用權)及C裙房使用面積約560平方米的10年使用權,總價29.38億元(含增值税9%),加上契税等其他費用,資產購置費用合計約30.30億元。
