格隆匯3月29日丨瑞華泰(688323.SH)公佈2021年年度報吿，2021年公司實現營業收入3.19億元，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5605.04萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤5092.95萬元，同比增長15.54%；基本每股收益0.34元；擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.70元(含税)。
公司秉承“參與全球競爭，贏得業界尊重，肩負社會責任”的企業願景，始終緊密圍繞國家新興戰略產業發展和高技術應用市場的需求，聚焦主業，做強做優高性能聚酰亞胺材料，堅持自主研發及創新，2021年公司圍繞全年經營和發展目標，專注高性能聚酰亞胺薄膜的研發、生產和銷售，在石化材料價格波動、疫期防控不確定的經營環境下，公司在控制經營風險的同時積極穩健做好主營業務，實現主營產品業務穩步增長，加快新產品應用市場拓展，加強在柔性顯示、5G通信、新能源、集成電路封裝、航天應用領域的高性能聚酰亞胺材料研發投入，按計劃實施募投新產能項目建設，堅持可持續高質量發展。
據悉，公司通過17年的技術研發，成為國內少數掌握配方、工藝及裝備等整套核心技術的高性能PI薄膜製造商。公司成功開發了熱控PI薄膜、電子PI薄膜、電工PI薄膜、航天航空用PI薄膜等系列產品，已成為全球高性能PI薄膜產品種類最豐富的供應商之一，同時也是國內規模最大、產線最多的高性能PI薄膜專業製造商，打破了杜邦等國外廠商對國內高性能PI薄膜行業的技術封鎖與市場壟斷，跨入全球競爭的行列。公司開發的多款產品填補了國內空白，獲得西門子、龐巴迪、中國中車、艾利丹尼森、德莎、寶力昂尼、生益科技、聯茂、碳元科技等國內外知名企業的認可。
公司兩項產品列入“中國製造2025重點新材料首批次應用示範目錄(2017年版)”，雙向拉伸PI薄膜產品榮獲2012年中國新材料產業博覽會金獎，無色PI薄膜產品榮獲2014年中國國際新材料產業博覽會金獎。
高性能聚酰亞胺薄膜(PI薄膜)產品未來主要向高性能、多功能方向發展，從耐高温絕緣介質應用，到耐環境、超低温、高導熱、超薄、結構支持、透光性等功能性應用需求越來越廣泛，尤其適合下游特種製程工藝、易於加工等特性也逐漸成為新產品競爭力的主要特性。公司已具有研發、工藝和裝備技術的產業工程化能力，可更短週期實現新產品的產業化，目前公司涉及的產品市場不斷在發展和增長。
