時隔一年半又打算拆股?特斯拉(TSLA.US)大漲超8%
格隆匯3月28日丨特斯拉(TSLA.US)高開高走,漲幅擴大至超8%,報1091.653美元,市值超1.12萬億美元。特斯拉今日在社交媒體上表示,將要求股東在今年的年度股東大會上投票授權增發股份,以實現拆股。有市場評論稱,特斯拉管理層通過要求拆股來表明公司的信心,預計拆股比例將達到5-1或10-1。值得一提的是,此前2020年8月11日,特斯拉曾宣佈進行1:5的股票分拆,在隨後的2021年中,拆至近400美元/股的特斯拉繼續高歌猛進,並於去年10月底再度突破1000美元/股。
