A股收評：滬指險守3200點微漲0.07%，地產股延續漲停潮
兩市主要指數漲跌不一，滬指在地產等權重股支撐下險守3200點，收盤微漲0.07%報3214.50點，深成指、創業板指分別跌1.02%、1.66%。兩市1780股上漲，2740股下跌，成交額8700億，北上資金淨流入85.08億。
盤面上，白酒、鋰電池成下跌主力，盤中一度跌5%的茅台收跌1.73%、寧德時代跌3%；新能源車、有機硅、軍工、芯片等概念跌幅靠前。煤炭板塊大幅領漲，中國神華、兗礦能源漲7%；地產股批量漲停，陽光城8日7板；傳媒娛樂、旅遊、建築板塊漲幅靠前，銀行股普漲，種業概念延續近期強勢，鴻蒙、水利建設、元宇宙等概念活躍。
具體來看
白酒股全線重挫，山西汾酒跌6.42%，捨得酒業跌5.58%，古井貢酒、瀘州老窖跌超4%，五糧液跌3.81%，貴州茅台跌1.73%。
消息面上，據“不二醬酒”和“今日酒價”兩大平台的數據，3月25日和26日兩天，各類茅台酒價格全線大跌，22年散飛從3000+到2600價位，只用了半年不到的時間，近一週更是跌幅達到了200元/瓶，最近兩天就跌了110元/瓶；原箱最近兩天跌了180元/瓶，價格來到了2750元/瓶。
鹽湖提鋰概念股震盪走低，宋都股份領跌，天齊鋰業跌5.69%，久吾高科、科達製造跌超4%，欣旺達、盛新鋰能、贛鋒鋰業、億緯鋰能跌超3%。
軍工板塊跌幅居前，鋼研高納跌6.4%，安達維爾、天奧電子、中航重機跌超5%，北摩高科跌超4%，景嘉微跌3.97%。
華為鴻蒙概念股表現強勁，九聯科技20cm漲停，潤和軟件漲超14%，誠邁科技、拓維信息漲超8%。
消息面上，華為將於3月28日下午4:30分舉行2021年度經營財報發佈會。華為輪值董事長、華為CFO等管理層將出席會議，介紹華為2021年度的業績情況，並回答記者提問。
房地產板塊表現強勢，天保基建9連板，陽光城8天7板，天房發展、泰禾集團，中交地產、信達地產、中國國貿等多股掀漲停潮。
煤炭股走強，中國神華、兗礦能源漲超7%，平煤股份、電投能源漲超4%，陝西煤業漲3.27%。
中國神華此前發佈業績，2021年營業收入3352.16億元，同比增加43.7%，歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤502.69億元，同比增加28.3%。國家統計局3月27日發佈數據，1-2月份煤炭開採和洗選業增長1.55倍。
元宇宙概念股走高，湖北廣電、佳禾智能、美盛文化、羅曼股份等漲停，宣亞國際漲6.96%，鋒尚文化漲5.59%.
北向資金方面，北上資金淨流入85.08億元，其中滬股通淨流入44.08億元，深股通淨流入41億元。
展望後市，海通證券指出，市場情緒逐漸平穩，但整體仍比較低迷，最重要的原因是對“不確定性”的觀望，從長期投資角度看，真正給投資者帶來收益的優質公司是在不斷提高生產力，公司價值才會隨之提高。公司價值的增長需要時間的積累，但如果不是因為自身原因而是外圍的“不確定性”因素的干擾是不會造成實際性長遠影響的，那麼受情緒擾動帶來的短期下跌也只是暫時的，股價未來的走勢仍決定於公司自身的真實價值。從短期交易角度看，如果本週市場波動率可以提升，機會將會大大增加。
