中集安瑞科(03899.HK)年度核心溢利增長61.4%至9.489億元 末期息0.21港元
格隆匯3月24日丨中集安瑞科(03899.HK)公佈2021年全年業績，截至2021年12月31日止年度，實現收益人民幣184.248億元，同比增長49.9%；核心溢利9.488億元，同比增長61.4%；股權持有人應占溢利8.836億元，同比增長52.4%；基本每股盈利0.447元；擬派末期股息每股0.21港元。
2021年，隨着新冠疫情大致受控，中國國內經濟以及全球經濟活動和國際貿易活動均有所恢復。此外，隨着期內的大部分出行限制放寬，集團的生產設施以及在客户現場的施工工程大部分回覆正常。得益於此，集團三大業務分部於期內穩步增長。因此，2021年的合併收益上升49.9%。
2021年，受政府利好政策的推動，能源運輸設備及儲存設備的需求激增，清潔能源分部的收益大幅上升38.8%至人民幣97.16億元。隨着二季度對疫情的良好控制，中國社會經濟快速增長，強勁的內部需求推動煤炭、天然氣和電力的消費。受此驅動，LNG罐箱、LPG車和球罐等產品銷量上升。2021年公司氫能相關業務錄得收入1.75億，同比增長37%，主要得益於氫能行業快速發展，公司氫能儲運裝備和加氫站設備及工程業務市場需求增加。該分部為集團最高收益的分部，佔本集團整體收益52.7%(2020年：57.0%)。
2021年，全球貿易隨着疫情的緩解而反彈，化工及衍生品的價格大幅上漲，帶動化工罐箱銷量增加，化工環境分部收益飆升87.2%至人民幣37.938億元，該分部佔集團整體收益20.6%(2020年：16.5%)。由於年內大多數國家關於新冠疫情的限制有所放寬，液態食品分部的營運(尤其是現場施工項目)得以正常推進。同時，受益於新簽訂單的增長，於年內，液態食品分部收益上升25.4%至人民幣34.205億元。該分部佔集團整體收益18.6%(2020年：22.2%)。
